Psdthemes is basically a directory of web sites themes some of which are free and I think it’s a useful resource for both aspiring and professional web designers.  The footer is organized into tabs and consists basically of a tag cloud.

The paging buttons on PSDTUTS +, one of my favorite website about creative resources and tutorials for Photoshop, it’s perfectly coordinated with all the other interface elements.
