‘Oopsy daisy’ is a normal, albeit old-fashioned, British English way of saying ‘woops’ or ‘oops’ to a small child. Elderly, and clumsy, fidgety people seem to still be rather fond of the expression ^^

And yes, I agree it’s a nice 404
